Observation

The window blind chain mechanism on all blinds need to be encased in a tube and secured to the wall (0165 2b 2c). Shelves in classrooms that are at adult height, intended to hold cleaning supplies, do not have a lip/bumper to prevent items from falling (0165 3f). Flooring located in some classrooms, in spots only, under windows, has come loose (0165 3e). Rubber caulking around windows in some classrooms, in spots only, is coming off (0165 3g).
